An Lár @ Bären Buchsi
After a lineup change and a one year absence from the stage, I was very curious to see the "new" An Lár. And so it was clear that I had to travel all the way to Münchenbuchsee to soothe my curiosity.
The concert was great! In two hours and 20 minutes the quartet played a mix of old favorites and of brand new songs, using more than 15 different instruments (guitar, mandolin, violin, accordion, banjo and a variety of flutes and whistles). In addition to mixing old and new songs, they also alternated between songs and dance tunes. It would have been nice to have a couple of people to dance with, but in the end most people were just enjoying the show. Nevertheless, it was a great evening :) and I'm looking forward to another An Lár gig.Labels: Concert, Music
