Live-Aboard Trip to the Similan Islands
Just returned from my 4days/4nights live-aboard trip to the Similan Islands (& Koh Tachai, Koh Bon, Richelieu Rock). It was terrific. The best dive of all was at Koh Bon: we saw several Manta Rays! They are so beautiful and graceful animals and with a width of approx 2 to 3 meters impressively big. We were just staying put in the water and there were Manta Rays to the left and right of us, it's difficult to guess how many, because they always disappeared in the dark and then (new ones) appeared again, I figure, that there were at least 5.
I will post a more detailed entry with pictures once I'm back.
Tomorrow I'll travel to Koh Phi-Phi to do some more diving in the south of the Andaman Sea.
